
Terms & Conditions
By engaging the services of Top Tree Care Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services
We provide tree care services including (but not limited to) tree removals, pruning, palm maintenance, and storm damage solutions. All work will be carried out with care, safety, and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and council regulations.

2. Quotes
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the scope discussed and may be subject to adjustment if unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., hidden obstacles or access issues).

3. Approvals & Regulations
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure any required council approvals or permits are obtained before work begins. We are happy to assist and advise on local vegetation rules where needed.

4. Payment Terms
A tax invoice will be issued upon completion of the job, and payment is required within 7 calendar days from the date of invoice. Payments can be made via bank transfer or any method specified on the invoice.
Late payments may attract a late fee or debt recovery costs if not resolved within a reasonable time.

5. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking. Cancellations made on the day of service may incur a fee to cover costs incurred.

6. Liability
While all work is carried out with high attention to safety and care, Top Tree Care Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions outside of our control. We are fully insured for public liability and our arborist services meet industry safety standards.

7. Site Access
The client agrees to provide clear access to the site. If access is restricted or delayed due to unforeseen obstructions (e.g., locked gates, pets, or parked vehicles), additional charges may apply.

8. Environmental Consideration
We aim to minimise waste and disturbance to surrounding vegetation. All debris and green waste will be removed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

If a scheduled job is cancelled by the client with at least 24 hours' notice, no charges will apply.

If cancellation occurs on the day of service, a fee may apply to cover preparation or travel costs.

Once a job has been completed and signed off (where applicable), refunds do not apply, as services cannot be reversed.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work, please notify us within 48 hours of completion, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue fairly and professionally.​

10. Weather Conditions & Safety
All tree work is subject to safe weather conditions. Top Tree Care Services reserves the right to postpone, delay, or reschedule work in the event of high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or any condition that may pose a risk to our crew, your property, or the public.
We will provide as much notice as possible and coordinate a new date that suits both parties. We appreciate your understanding that safety is always our priority.
